1. Before registering an account on the website TaoMing.club, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By completing the registration form and clicking on Terms and Conditions checkbox you (hereafter referred as "you" or "the player") agree to accept TaoMing Entertainment (hereafter referred as "TaoMing Entertainment", "we", "us" , "the website", "the house") Terms of Service.
2. You understand and accept, that we are unable to provide you with any legal advice or assurances, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that, at all times, you comply with the laws, which govern you, and that you have the legal right to register and use an account on TaoMing Entertainment.
3. The website reserves the right to modify and amend the Terms and Conditions with or without notice at any time with immediate effect.

Account registration

4. The website accepts players only from those countries and geographic regions where online gambling is allowed by law.
5. If you are a citizen or resident of a country where our service may be illegal and we determine you have played in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to close your account and refund your balance without notice moving forward.

We reserve the right to confiscate any funds or winnings created by gaming activity related to multiple accounts.
14. As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a username and password to enter your account on the website. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not share your login details with anyone. We are not to be held responsible for any abuse or misuse of your member Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, active or passive, of your login details to any third party.
15. The player shall not provide access to his or her user account or allow using the website to any third party.
16. If you notice that you have more than one registered account on the website, you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your account on TaoMing Entertainment being blocked for access.
17. The website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for any type of commercial profit.
18. TaoMing Entertainment reserves the right to refuse or close any account registered on the website at its sole discretion.
19. The house reserves the right to declare a wager void, partially or in full, if the house, at its own discretion, deems it obvious that there was an error, mistake, misprint, human or technical error on the pay-table, odds or software.
20. For the protection of our customers and the integrity of the services, the use of all unfair practices when using the services is strictly prohibited. If any party is found to be participating in any form of collusion or other activities that we consider to constitute cheating their Account may be permanently closed and any balance may be at risk of forfeiture or withholding.
21. No purchase or real money wager is necessary or required to play the Games, but real money wagers may be made if a player wishes and complies with these Terms of Service and the Casino's other general rules and procedures applicable to wagering. All play at the Casino is at the sole risk of the player. The player understands and acknowledges that the player bears all risks associated with all play at the Casino and wagering, that there can be no assurance of any winnings, and that the player may lose any money that is deposited with the Casino for wagering purposes.

Deposits

22. If it is discovered that a deposit is the result of a double-spend, we will consider it an act of fraud. If a deposit you make to your TaoMing Entertainment player account does not clear the Blockchain within three hours, it will be considered fraud and our bitcoin payment processor will automatically flag those transactions. Flagged transactions will cause your player account to automatically be disabled. All play associated with that deposit will be null and void and your account will reset to the balance before the flagged deposit. Likewise, if a deposit is intentionally delayed by the player through the Blockchain, it will be considered fraud.
23. In order to deposit funds into your TaoMing Entertainment Account, you can transfer funds from your personal cryptocurrency wallets to the corresponding wallets on your Deposit page. Please contact our support team to inquire about the payment methods which are most favorable for your country of residence.
24. We do not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from a supported payment account which rightfully belongs to you. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition your winnings will be confiscated and original deposit returned to the owner of the payment account. TaoMing Entertainment is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts.
25. All play and winnings associated with a deposit which is not verified within a reasonable period of time will be null and void. The account associated with the deposit will be temporarily closed and all costs incurred by TaoMing Entertainment, including provider and platform fee retrieval, affiliate commissions, and administrative costs associated with these transactions will be noted on your account. A verification as per p.9 is required to reopen a suspended or deactivated account. If your account is reopened, all debts determined by TaoMing Entertainment must be satisfied before you may play any Games or make a withdrawal in the future.
26. We may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ('ESPs') to process such financial transactions. You irrevocably authorize us, as necessary, to instruct such ESPs to handle account deposits and withdrawals from Your Account and you irrevocably agree that we may give such instructions on Your behalf in accordance with Your requests as submitted using the relevant feature on Our Platforms. You agree to be bound by the regulations imposed by each applicable ESP. In the event of conflict between these Terms of Service and the ESP's regulations, these Terms of Service shall prevail.

Withdrawals and Refunds

27. Withdrawals will be made to the wallet address or supported payment method stated during the withdrawal request. For crypto currency in order to withdraw any funds which have been deposited, we require the blockchain to give at a minimum 4 confirmations of your deposit before a withdrawal can be made. If you deposit with a small mining fee, the confirmations can take up several hours. In no event will we be liable for delays caused by missing confirmations in the blockchain.
28. If we mistakenly credit your Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error in the pay-tables, human error, or otherwise, the amount will remain property of us and the amount will be deducted from your Account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
29. TaoMing Entertainment reserves the right to request additional verification procedures for any payout, and further reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of lower payouts. Further verification is not mandatory by default, unless Casino's risk management team requires such. Account Holders who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked or excluded account, are advised to contact Customer Support.
30. All transactions shall be checked in order to prevent money laundering. If the Member becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, he must report this to Customer Support immediately. TaoMing Entertainment may suspend, block or close a Member Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Enhanced due diligence may be done in respect of withdrawals of funds not used for wagering. Withdrawal requests shall be processed as soon as reasonably possible. TaoMing Entertainment maintains a target of one (1) working day for the processing of payouts but does not hold itself liable for a specific period of time in this regard. For crypto currency, if you win 10 Bitcoin or more, we reserve the right to divide the payout into 5 installments, paid with 20 per cent every month for 5 months until the full amount is paid out.
31. Please be advised that our products are consumed instantly when playing. Thus, we cannot provide returns of goods, refunds or cancellation of your service when playing. If you play a game with cryptocurrency, the money will be drawn from your player account instantly.
32. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts and you shall not treat the Company as a financial institution.
33. Player's identity check may require a selfie, a selfie with a note to the casino, a phone call or verification of a player via live video call (Skype), copy of government Identification, passport, recent utility or cable bill, or any other valid documents and methods deemed necessary by the house management.
34. If the player becomes aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, he must report this to the Company immediately. TaoMing Entertainment may suspend, block or close an Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Enhanced due diligence may be done in respect of withdrawals of funds not used for wagering.
35. If you are eligible for a bonus, that is for example a login bonus or a deposit bonus, wagering requirements will apply before you are eligible to make any cash-outs of the bonus or winnings. The wagering requirements, which can vary, will be displayed when receiving the bonus. If you would like to request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, TaoMing Entertainment will deduct the whole bonus amount as well as any winnings before approving any withdrawal. Wagering at Video Poker, roulette (any roulette), Black Jack (any Black Jack) or any other Table Game does not count in the wagering requirements. TaoMing Entertainment reserves the right to impose, at our own discretion, geographical limitations to individual bonus schemes. Local wagering requirements may be applied. Bonuses/Free spins at TaoMing Entertainment can only be received once per household / IP. Risk-free bets on any games do not qualify for TaoMing Entertainment's wagering requirements and not qualify for jackpot games.

Liabilities

36. You confirm that you are aware of the fact that gambling at the website may lead to losing money. Fraud prevention policies
